Therapeutic Approach
Kuang-shan applies Humanistic and Internal Family Systems(IFS) approaches in her work to help individuals gain self-awareness, insights and empowerment. She also integrates Somatic Experiencing into her practice when working with individuals who have experienced trauma. She also specializes in Play Therapy and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy to help parents strengthen their bond with their children, to gain a deeper understanding of them and discover their own best approach with their children.

諮商取向
光珊在工作中運用個人中心取向與內在家族系統(IFS)療法，幫助個案提升自我覺察，並從中獲得賦能與自我接納。對於有創傷經歷的來談者，她會融入身體經驗創傷療法 (Somatic Experiencing)，通過神經系統的調節來支持療癒過程。此外，她專長於遊戲治療和親子遊戲治療，協助父母增強與孩子之間的連結、更深入地理解孩子，並找到適合自己與孩子的教養方式。
