By accessing or using the website of The Community Services Center (hereinafter “the Center”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms.
當您使用財團法人台北市國際社區服務文教基金會（以下簡稱「本中心」）網站，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意接受以下條款。

1. Use of Website / 網站使用

This website is intended to provide information about the Center’s services, classes, events, and resources. All content—including but not limited to text, images, videos, and logos—is the property of the Center or licensed parties and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use this content only for non-commercial, personal purposes unless explicitly authorized in writing. Unauthorized commercial use, scraping, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

本網站旨在提供本中心之服務、課程、活動及資源資訊。網站內所有內容，包括但不限於文字、圖像、影片及標誌，均屬本中心或授權方之財產，並受智慧財產權保護。
您僅可於非商業、個人目的下使用本網站內容，未經書面授權，不得進行商業使用、爬蟲抓取、複製、改作、散布或重製。

2. Account Security / 帳號與安全性

If you register an account on this website, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under your account.
Please notify the Center immediately of any unauthorized use. The Center is not liable for any damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

如您註冊帳號，請妥善保管帳號與密碼，並對所有使用行為負完全責任。如有未經授權之使用，應立即通知本中心。如因您疏忽導致帳號遭冒用或濫用，本中心概不負責。

3. User Responsibilities / 使用者責任與義務

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in illegal, harmful, defamatory, or disruptive behavior
  • Upload viruses, malware, or engage in scraping or automated data collection
  • Infringe on the rights of others or violate Center policies

您同意不得：

  • 提供虛假或具誤導性之資訊
  • 從事非法、有害、毀謗或干擾性行為
  • 散播病毒、惡意軟體、或進行自動化資料蒐集行為
  • 違反他人權益或本中心政策

4. Intellectual Property / 智慧財產權

All content on this website and related promotional materials is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

本網站與其宣傳資料所載之所有內容，包含但不限於文字、設計、圖像與標誌，均為本中心或其授權人之智慧財產，受相關法律保護。未經事前書面同意，不得重製、修改、轉載或散布。

5. No A.I. Training / 禁止人工智慧訓練

The use of this website and its content—including text, images, videos, and user data—for training or developing generative artificial intelligence (A.I.) technologies, language models, or datasets is strictly prohibited.
The Center reserves all rights to license such use under separate agreements.

嚴禁將本網站及其內容（包括文字、圖像、影片及使用者資料）用於訓練或開發生成式人工智慧技術、語言模型或資料集。
本中心保留就此類用途另行授權之所有權利。

7. Privacy Protection / 隱私權保護

The Center processes personal data in accordance with the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act.

本中心依《個人資料保護法》蒐集、處理與利用個人資料。詳情請參閱《隱私權政策》。

8. Classes, Workshops, and Events – Cancellation & Refund Policy / 課程、講座與活動之取消與退費政策

  1. One-Time Events / 單次活動：
    • Cancellations made 7 or more full calendar days in advance: Full refund.
      (Example: For an event on Thursday, cancellation must be made by the Thursday of the previous week.)
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. A NT$50 processing fee applies if refunded via bank transfer.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event or no-shows: Non-refundable.
      • Transfer to another participant is allowed only if the Center is notified in writing (email), and approval is granted in writing. Requests will be reviewed based on event nature (e.g., location restrictions, safety, qualification).
    • Substitutions (i.e., applying your payment to a different event/class) are not allowed.
    • 活動開始七日前取消者可全額退費。
      （例如：進行於週四的活動，最遲必須於前一週的週四前取消。）
    • 退款將透過原付款方式處理；若以銀行轉帳退款，需酌收新台幣50元手續費。
    • 活動前七日內取消或未出席者，恕不退費。
    • 若需轉讓他人代為參加，必須以書面（電子郵件）通知本中心，並得到書面同意，轉讓申請將根據活動性質（場地限制、安全考量、資格要求等）審核，本中心保有最終決定權。
    • 不得轉換其他活動或課程。
  2. Multi-Session Classes / 連續性課程：
    • Cancellations made 7 or more full calendar days in advance: Full refund.
      (Example: For an event on Thursday, cancellation must be made by the Thursday of the previous week.)
      Cancellations made within the first week of the course: 80% refund.
    • Cancellations made after the first week: Non-refundable.
    • If cancellation is required due to special circumstances (e.g., serious illness, relocation), supporting documents must be provided. Requests will be reviewed by the Center and handled at its discretion.
    • Refunds via bank transfer will incur a NT$50 processing fee.
    • Transfers to another person must be requested in writing and are subject to Center approval. No substitutions allowed.
    • 於課程開始七日前取消者可全額退費。
    • 課程開始後一週內取消者，可退還課程費用之80%。
    • 課程開始一週後取消者，恕不退費。
    • 若因特殊情況（如重大疾病或外派等）需取消，請提供相關證明文件，由本中心審核後酌情處理。
    • 若以銀行轉帳退款，需酌收新台幣50元手續費。
    • 如需轉讓他人代為上課，必須於以書面（電子郵件）申請，並得到本中心同意，惟不得轉換至其他課程或活動。
  3. Cancellation by the Center or Force Majeure / 由主辦單位取消或不可抗力因素
    If the Center cancels an event or class—or cancellation occurs due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, unsafe weather, or government announcements)—a full refund will be issued with no processing fee. The Center is not responsible for any indirect costs such as travel or accommodation.

    若因本中心取消活動或課程，或因天災、疫情、不良天候、政府公告等不可抗力因素無法照定舉辦者，將予全額退費並免收手續費，但本中心不對因此所行或所生的間接費用（如交通、住宿等）承擔責任。
  4. Additional Clause: Unpaid Registrations / 未付款報名
    Unpaid registrations are considered as reserved places and are still subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If payment is not completed within three days after registration, the Center reserves the right to cancel the registration and release the place to other participants.

    報名但尚未付款僅視為保留名額，適用本退費與取消政策。若未於報名後三天內完成付款，本中心保有取消報名並釋出名額予其他人員的權利。

9. Counseling Services – Cancellation Policy / 心理諮商服務之取消政策

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the full session fee will be charged.
  • Emergency cancellations will be reviewed case-by-case.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in rescheduling restrictions.

請於24小時前取消或更改心理諮商預約，否則將酌收全額費用。緊急取消請聯繫心理諮商行政人員；若多次取消預約，本中心保留重新安排或暫緩服務之權利。

10. Disclaimer of Liability / 責任排除條款

All services and content are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind.
The Center is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the website, including content errors, service interruptions, or third-party links.

本網站與其所有服務依「現況」提供，不保證內容之正確性、完整性或可用性。本中心對於使用網站所導致的任何損害、損失或第三方連結所造成的後果不負任何責任。

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction / 準據法與管轄權

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.

本條款受中華民國（台灣）法律所管轄，若有爭議，雙方同意以台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

12. Modifications / 條款異動

The Center reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
We will post updates on our website. Continued use of the website after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

本中心保留隨時修改本條款之權利。條款異動將公告於網站，您繼續使用即視為同意更新內容。
