The Community Services Center presents Through My Eyes｜我的視界, a free mental health gallery and workshop series designed to spark reflection, conversation, and connection. From March 13 to 23, 2026, visitors are invited to experience powerful personal stories through art while exploring free bilingual workshops that offer practical tools and supportive spaces to better understand emotional wellbeing.
From March 13 to 23, 2026, the Community Services Center invites the public to experience Through My Eyes｜我的視界 at Woolloomooloo Xhibit in Taipei. In addition to the immersive gallery exhibition, visitors can join a full lineup of free bilingual workshops and wellness activities led by the Center’s licensed counseling psychologists, wellbeing coaches, and guest speakers. These sessions offer practical tools and thoughtful discussions on emotional awareness, stress management, parenting support, bullying prevention, and understanding counseling. Space is limited, and advance registration is encouraged.
Through My Eyes is a gallery experience guiding visitors through a four-room emotional journey, exploring themes of cultural expectations, silent struggles, resilience, healing, and reconnection. The exhibition features 50 anonymous stories and artworks submitted by individuals across Taiwan, offering deeply personal reflections across generations, identities, and lived experiences. Together, these stories create a space for empathy, understanding, and open conversation around mental health.
Developed in collaboration with Valerie Tsai, the exhibition reflects the Center’s ongoing mission to raise awareness about mental health and normalize counseling as a meaningful form of support. By blending artistic expression with professional mental health education, Through My Eyes encourages visitors to reflect, connect, and recognize that mental health is health.
